• Any referral or discount codes issued by OcluVet are intended solely for use by your clinic and its customers on the official OcluVet website.

• Referral codes may not be shared on public coupon websites, paid advertising platforms, affiliate networks, marketplaces, or third-party reseller platforms without prior written approval from OcluVet.

• Participation in the programme does not authorise the clinic to resell, distribute, or market OcluVet products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Chewy Marketplace, or any other third-party marketplace without prior written approval from OcluVet.

• Clinics may only use approved OcluVet brand assets and marketing materials provided or approved by OcluVet.

• OcluVet reserves the right to suspend or terminate referral codes, rewards, or programme participation at its discretion.

• OcluVet may contact your clinic regarding onboarding, partnership opportunities, product information, programme updates, and marketing support.

• Submission of this form does not guarantee approval into the OcluVet Partner Programme or stocking partnership.

• OcluVet may modify or update the programme structure, rewards, referral terms, or conditions at any time.
